Benjamin (Benny) Boateng is a devoted Christian thinker, writer, and visionary behind KOK Missions. He founded KOK with a burning desire to guide his generation toward eternal fulfillment, spiritual depth, and purposeful living. His vision is to see a movement of young Christians equipped to walk in truth, embody Christ’s message, and make a lasting impact in both spiritual and professional spaces.

Benny’s leadership spans several continents and denominations. He has faithfully served in various roles with organizations such as Fruitful House International, the National Union of Baptist Students in Ghana, the Church of Pentecost in Norway, and currently, as a small group leader with Central Chi Alpha and a mentor with TRINICY in the United States. His ability to inspire and disciple young believers has shaped communities of faith across borders.

Professionally, Benny is a trained Human Resource and ESG specialist with experience in the mining industry and Urban Planning. He has also served as Projects Coordinator on the national board of the United Nations Students Association in Norway and as Board Member and Treasurer of the Nordic Youth Biodiversity Network. He holds Masters degree in Natural Resource Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and Masters in Public Administration (Urban Management) at University of Central Oklahoma, integrating his academic expertise with his spiritual mission to influence systems, people, and policies for God’s glory.

A passionate student of Scripture, Benny is deeply interested in apologetics and the exploration of philosophical and theological ideas that speak to the meaning of life and destiny. His book, Chaos to Glory, reflects his heart to bring clarity to confusion and inspire a generation to walk in sound doctrine, prophetic insight, and purposeful identity.

Through KOK Missions, Benny seeks to build a community of young Christian academics—especially those navigating the tensions between faith, scholarship, and career. He lives to serve his generation, and KOK provides the space where kingdom purpose, academic excellence, and deep spiritual formation converge.
